Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscription

A 14-day free trial is offered, during which no payment is charged. After the trial period ends and paid billing begins, cancellation/refund requests are handled as follows: the current month's payment is non-refundable, but the subscription will not auto-renew for the following month.

2. Annual Subscription

If a refund is requested after annual payment, the first month's fee is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in your account, or by contacting support@sade.systems. After cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
